(1) As usual Amazon is excellent. The item shipped within 2 hours and arrived within the suggested time.(2) This is my first time using an impact driver, this really "ROCKS". It is small a little heavy (for me heavy is synonymous with quality) and packs a big punch. As a D.I.Y(er) this tool empowers me. I feel i can do anything with it.So far i have been able to drive 4" lag screws into 6x6 pine as a test. It goes through like butter,if you're not careful you can drive the heads all the way through the timber.I have also tested it with 2 other conventional drills(corded & cordless)and they can't compare.
